[Plan Features]
① Includes a voucher for admission to the Tokyo Skytree Special Opening Observation Deck – During special opening hours, you can go back and forth between the Tembo Deck (350m) and the Tembo Corridor (450m) as many times as you like.

② Includes a shopping voucher redeemable at "SKYTREE SHOP" (1,000 yen per person)
~Available at the Tokyo Skytree Official Shop (5th floor, Floor 345)~

③ Enjoy a healthy breakfast buffet featuring delicious ingredients – we offer a variety of dishes including freshly baked Danish pastries and rice balls made right in front of you.

[Regarding Special Openings at Tokyo Skytree]
Special opening hours: 18:00 - 20:30 (Entry begins at 18:00)
*Sumida River Fireworks Festival: 19:00 - 20:30
*After the special operating hours end (20:30-22:30 / last entry 21:30), regular operating hours will resume.
*While you are welcome to stay, the "Tembo Corridor" is only available during special operating hours.

[Cancellation Policy]
June 25th - July 8th: 20% of the accommodation fee
• July 9th - July 15th: 50% of the accommodation fee
July 16th - July 23rd: 80% of the accommodation fee
July 24th (the day before): 100% of the accommodation fee
July 25th (the day of arrival): 100% of the accommodation fee
No-show without prior notice: 100% of the accommodation fee

[Regarding cancellation due to rain]
・Even if the fireworks display is held but canceled midway, or if you are unable to see it due to poor visibility caused by weather, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If the event is cancelled on the day, the following fees will apply.
Accommodation fee: 70% of the total amount (49,700 yen)
Cancellation fee: 50% of the total amount (35,500 yen)
No-show/No-show without prior notice: 100% of the total amount (71,000 yen)

[Notes]
This plan does not include viewing fireworks from your room.
Due to limited admission tickets, we are unable to accommodate children sharing a bed with their parents.
Due to traffic restrictions, the area around Tokyo Skytree will be extremely crowded on the day of the event, so please allow ample time for your journey.
- Parking is not available after 4:30 PM (subject to change).
Parking is available by advance reservation only. Please contact the Hotel directly if you wish to use the parking lot.

[Regarding the exchange voucher for admission tickets to the Tokyo Skytree Special Opening Observation Deck]
We will hand it to you at the Hotel front desk on the day of your arrival.
Please note that we do not offer advance shipping.
