How big is the room?
Single rooms, double rooms, and casual twin rooms are 18.9 square meters, while standard twin and quadruple rooms are 28.5 square meters. For other room types, please see the room details.
What size is the bed?
Single Room, Casual Twin Room, Corner Fourth (110cm x 195cm)
Double room 160cm x 195cm
Standard Twin Room / Deluxe Twin Room: 120cm x 195cm
Four Force crib units (90cm x 195cm each) and four baby cribs (75cm x 125cm each)
What are the dimensions of the bathtub?
60cm (width) x 140cm (height) x 48cm (depth)
*All rooms have a unit bathroom.
I will be using a wheelchair; what is the width of the entrance to the guest room?
The width of the guest room entrance door is 85cm, and the bathroom entrance door is 60cm. We also offer wheelchair rentals, but these are for use within the building only. Please inquire in advance if you require one.
What amenities, facilities, and rental items are available in the guest rooms?

Is internet access available?
All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, which is available free of charge.
Can I be put on a waiting list for cancellations?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a waiting list service for cancellations. Please understand this in advance.
What are the cancellation fees?
If you book directly with the Hotel, the following cancellation fees will apply.
- 9 days prior... 20% of the accommodation fee
- - The day before... 50% of the accommodation fee
- - On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
- No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
- *Please note that this may differ for accommodation plans or group bookings. Please check when making your reservation.
I'd like to send or leave my luggage before check-in. Is that possible?
If sending by courier service, please send it to: "Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo Front Desk, 1-2-2 Kinshi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo 130-0013, Japan".
Please enter your planned check-in date and reservation name in the comments section.
If you arrive before check-in time, we will hold your luggage at the front desk.
Can I change my check-in and check-out times?
"check-in"
Standard check-in time is 3 PM. Please note that this may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check when making your reservation. For early check-in, if you require a room to be ready at your desired check-in time, we reserve the room from the day before, which generally incurs an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Therefore, please be aware that early check-in may not be available depending on the room's occupancy the day before. For further details, please contact our reservations line at 03-5611-5612.
"Checkout"
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that this may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please confirm when making your reservation. An additional fee will be charged for extended check-out times. Please also note that extended check-out times may not be available depending on the hotel's occupancy on your departure date.
Can I request a room on a higher floor?
We will do our best to meet your requests, but please understand that we may not be able to accommodate them depending on the operational status on the day of your arrival.
What about staying with children?
Children who are not yet in school (under elementary school age) can stay free of charge if they share a bed with their parents or use a crib. Please note that cribs are only available for children under one year old and are limited in number. Bed guards are also available for rent; please inquire in advance if you wish to use them.

Is a parking reservation required?
Parking is not available by reservation. You can use the parking lot without a reservation. The parking lot is located on the first and second basement levels, and there is an underground entrance at the Hotel main entrance.
- *The height limit for vehicles is 2.2m.
- *Please note that you cannot park in the spaces reserved for contract holders.
Please tell me about the parking fees.
For hotel guests, the charge is 3,000 yen (tax included) per vehicle per night.
Is there a bicycle parking area?
We are very sorry, but we do not have any available. Please use the public bicycle parking facilities around Kinshicho Station.

Is it a prepayment system?
Please pay upon arrival.
Can I pay in advance?
We accept advance payments via bank transfer or in person at the hotel (cash or credit card). If you wish to pay in advance, please contact our reservation desk so we can confirm the payment details and payment date.

Can I purchase tickets for Tokyo Disney Resort®?
Tickets for Tokyo Disney Resort® are not currently on sale.
The timing for resuming sales is yet to be determined.

Do you offer transportation to and from Tokyo Disney Resort®?
We offer the "Good Neighbor Hotel Shuttle," a free shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disney Resort®, exclusively for Hotel guests.
Can I get a massage in my room?
Hotel massage services can be booked via the phone in your room (extension 40).
Opening hours: 11:00 am - 5:00 am (last appointment at 4:00 am)
Are tickets for Tokyo Skytree on sale?
We sell Tokyo Skytree tickets exclusively to our hotel guests.
- *Admission vouchers issued by Tokyo Skytree official Hotel must be exchanged for admission tickets at the Tokyo Skytree 4th floor ticket counter on the designated admission date.
You can enter directly with this ticket. Therefore, it allows for smoother entry compared to purchasing a ticket on-site on the day of your visit.
Can I see Tokyo Skytree from my room?
All guest rooms on the north side of the Hotel offer views of the Tokyo Skytree.
Guests who wish to have a room with a view of Tokyo Skytree should apply through the Skytree-view room guarantee plan.
How do I get from the Hotel to Tokyo Skytree?
The distance from the Hotel to Tokyo Skytree Town is approximately 1.5 km.
<On foot>
Approximately 20-30 minutes. Walk straight down Tower View Street towards Tokyo Skytree.
<Taxi>
Approximately 5-10 minutes, approximately 1,000 yen
<Train>
Our Hotel is a 3-minute walk from Kinshicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line (one stop on trains bound for Oshiage, Minami-Kurihashi, or Kuki) → Oshiage Station, Exit B3. *The entire journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
Are there any places to eat inside the building?
On the 2nd floor, there is a buffet restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, and on the 24th floor, there are Japanese and French restaurants with wonderful views.

Are there any restaurants or bar lounges within the building where I can have coffee or tea?
There is a lobby lounge called "Crystal Movement" on the 1st floor.

About the wedding ceremony
My wedding reception was moved up due to a sudden overseas transfer. How many months is it possible to prepare for a wedding?
It will make things a little busier, but we can prepare everything in as little as three weeks.
We are planning a wedding ceremony with only family members present. Is that possible?
We also offer a wedding ceremony-only package.
In addition, taking photos only is also acceptable.
I'm pregnant, and I'm worried about finding a dress that fits.
You might think that there aren't many dresses available for pregnant women, but we actually have a wide variety of dresses to choose from.
Please rest assured that we will take into consideration the situation on the day of the wedding reception.
Custom orders are also available.
Can we change the order of the church wedding ceremony? For example, can we enter together as a couple, or change the music?
It is possible to make arrangements that follow the basic flow.
We will hold a preliminary rehearsal.
I'd like to invite lots of friends, but how many people can I bring?
The chapel can seat up to 80 people, but standing room is available in the aisles.
Please note that the temple can seat up to 64 people, but standing room is not available.
We'd like to have a bouquet toss and a flower shower; is that possible?
After leaving the chapel, you can hold the ceremony in the private garden on the same floor.
Please take some commemorative photos with your friends in this garden.
About the wedding reception
I want to be particular about my outfit. How far in advance should I consult with you to make sure it's ready?
Meeting about a month in advance is still sufficient.
It will be smoother if you decide on your dress in advance.
We're having our wedding overseas. Can we show a video?
Yes. It will be screened as part of the package price.
I'd like to place handmade cards on the table beforehand; is there a fee for bringing them in?
There is no charge for bringing in your own items.
Please prepare everything by the day before due to setup requirements.
We're planning a small get-together with family. Do you have any suggestions?
We have a great value wedding package available for up to 30 guests.
In addition to special discounts on wedding ceremony and attire fees, we have also created a package that includes all the necessary items.
Is there a fee for bringing in my own costume?
We apologize, but due to inventory management issues, we have a system in place to charge a fee for bringing in items.
Please consult with our staff for details regarding the handling fee.
Can I borrow clothes for my parents?
We provide attire for parents and formal kimonos for attendees.
Additionally, we accept reservations for kimono dressing and hair styling at our beauty salon.
This is especially recommended for those coming from far away.
About the facility
How do I get there from Tokyo Station?
Take the Sobu Line Rapid train from Tokyo Station for 8 minutes and get off at Kinshicho Station.
It's a 3-minute walk west from the north exit.
We're inviting relatives from far away. Are there any accommodation discounts available?
We offer a special rate of approximately 20% off for wedding guests.
I'd like to go by car, but where is the parking?
We have parking facilities on the first and second basement levels.
Parking service vouchers will be distributed at the banquet hall cloakroom.
Due to the large number of attendees, I'm concerned about the waiting area space.
We have separate waiting rooms available for family members and guests.
Also, please feel free to use the "Crystal Movement" lobby lounge on the 1st floor.
Do you have a changing room for guests?
We have separate changing rooms for men and women.
Many of the attendees will be elderly. Will the venue be accessible to people with disabilities?
Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Additionally, the 1st-floor lobby is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible restroom.
Since you can access all floors by elevator, I don't think there will be any particular problems moving around the building, from the entrance to the banquet halls and guest rooms.

We'd like to have a casual dinner to introduce our families, rather than a formal engagement ceremony. Do you have any plans or options?
Reservations are accepted at the Skytree® View Restaurant ""REN"" on the 24th floor, or the Japanese-style suite "Azuma" on the 23rd floor.

Are there any places where we can have a second party?
You can choose from a variety of venues.
We can also smoothly assist with changing outfits and transportation after the reception. For parties of 20 or more guests, we have special plans available exclusively for those who have held their wedding reception at our Hotel.
Can I pay by card? By when do I need to prepare the advance payment?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UC, DC, and Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS cards.
As a general rule, advance payment is required 10 days in advance.
Can I leave my baby with you?
We can dispatch a babysitter to your room (additional charge applies).
If requested, we can provide a baby crib (free of charge) in the banquet hall.
Additionally, a nursing room is available in the women's changing room on the 4th floor.
