We have confirmed that some customers who have made reservations at our Hotel through the online booking site "Booking.com" are currently receiving suspicious messages via messaging apps such as "WhatsApp," which are pretending to be reservation confirmations and requesting them to enter their credit card information.
These messages may contain URL links that lead to malicious phishing sites.
Please be extremely careful not to access the URL provided.

Please note that we will never contact you directly via messaging apps regarding your reservation.
Furthermore, as a security measure, we will take necessary steps, such as regularly changing passwords on Booking.com and other online booking sites.
