Are the guest rooms non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking. A smoking booth is available on the first floor.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.
What amenities are available?
We provide face towels, bath towels, body towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrush set, tissues, nightwear, razors, disposable slippers, hairbrushes, shower caps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, and deodorant spray.
Are there any items available for loan?
We provide humidifiers, desk lamps, irons, trouser presses (3 on each floor), cribs, bed guards, wheelchairs, DVD players, and hair irons. Availability is limited, so please inquire in advance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to stay with children?
Preschool-aged children can stay free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. Baby cribs and bed guards are available for rent, so please feel free to ask.
Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking lot adjacent to the Hotel. Guests staying at the hotel can use it for 1,800 yen per night (from 3 PM to 11 AM the following day). There is a limited number of spaces available, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted.
Is there a cancellation fee?
This varies depending on your booking plan, so please check when making your reservation.
Can I use a credit card?
We accept major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UC, DC, and UFJ Nicos.
Where can I have breakfast?
A breakfast buffet is available at the "Danoy Takanawa" restaurant on the first floor. Operating hours are from 7:00 to 9:30.
Is there a laundromat nearby?
We have a coin laundry on the second floor.
Is there a lounge exclusively for hotel guests?
We have a lounge exclusively for hotel guests on the second floor.
Do you have an ice machine?
We have ice makers installed on the 2nd and 5th floors.
