Assortment of two types of cookies: one with wasanbon sugar and the other with okoshi rice crackers.

Made with flavorful Wasanbon sugar, it features a crisp texture.
The other type has a lighter finish and you can taste the cocoa powder.
These cookies, made with a light texture using a special flour, evoke the charm of Edo-period Japan.

These fragrant truffle chocolates, adorned with gold leaf and using the house champagne "Louis Castelle" Tradition, offer a touch of elegance.
Tamura Shuzo Special Junmai Tokyo Wajo Chocolat

This product uses a special junmai sake from Fussa, Tokyo, which is pasteurized in the bottle.
The touch of salt adds a Iki flavor.
Each item is carefully finished and placed in a box that has been hand-applied by skilled craftsmen.

Kiriko

They use Edo Kiriko glassware as serving dishes.
To allow the food to stand out, no color is added, and the design features the popular "hexagonal dragon eye pattern," one of the traditional patterns of Edo Kiriko glassmaking.
Edo-style wooden chopsticks
¥8,800 (tax included)
The length and thickness of the chopsticks are original to our restaurant, inspired by the wordplay of Tokyo Skytree® 's height of 634 meters.
Each piece is handcrafted by artisans from raw striped ebony wood.
Couple's chopsticks

The material used is "birch wood," which is used for furniture and chairs.
It's slender but very sturdy.
