About your order

Regarding receiving your order
1. Visit (each restaurant)
- Pick-up time: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Pick-up at Cafe Restaurant Oasis is available until 4:30 PM.
Orders placed after 16:30 will be available for pickup at Teppanyaki Shimono on the 2nd floor. - Japanese restaurant "REN" is closed for dinner on Sundays and all day on Mondays.
Orders placed on Sunday will be accepted until 2:30 PM and available for pickup until 3:00 PM. Orders placed after that time will be accepted from 10:30 AM on Tuesday.
2. For bento boxes only, Hotel staff will deliver free of charge within Utsunomiya City for orders of 20 or more.
- Delivery time: 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Delivery orders must be placed by noon the day before your desired delivery date.
- In addition to cash, we accept credit card payments and QR code payments.
