Human resource development
At Utsunomiya Tobu Hotel Grande, as part of our human resource development efforts, we support and train staff who will take part in the "National Skills Competition," a skills competition where young skilled workers compete to be the best in Japan.
Our Hotel has received the highest awards, the "Gold Prize" and the "Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award," in the restaurant service category at the "55th National Skills Competition (hosted by Tochigi Prefecture)" held in November 2017, and at the "57th National Skills Competition (hosted by Aichi Prefecture)" and the "59th National Skills Competition (hosted by Tokyo Metropolitan Government)" held in November 2019.
